WAT4CAM organized a five-day capacity building workshop specifically designed to empower women leaders in water user associations across project provinces.
The training covered topics including water governance, conflict resolution, financial management, and technical maintenance of irrigation systems. Participants also shared experiences and developed action plans for their communities.
