Position Overview

WAT4CAM is seeking a Senior Water Resources Engineer to join our technical team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing irrigation systems, supervising construction works, and providing technical guidance to field teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and review irrigation infrastructure plans
• Supervise construction and rehabilitation works
• Conduct technical site assessments
• Prepare technical reports and documentation
• Mentor junior engineering staff

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources, or related field
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in CAD software and hydraulic modeling tools
• Excellent communication skills in English and Khmer
